DELIVERY
Once you have placed your order you should receive an order confirmation by email within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us immediately to ensure we have your order.
We dispatch your order within 24 hours of order. Delivery charges are charged by weight. We use a secure courier service for all our deliveries. You will be informed of all delivery charges at the time of purchase, before you proceed to pay for your pole.
If we are out-of stock you will be notified immediately. You can choose to postpone your order, or cancel if you prefer.
If in exceptional circumstances, your pole has not been shipped within seven days of receiving your order we will contact you to explain the delay and to get you to authorise the transaction.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you intend to request a return of the goods you have purchased, you must contact us in writing within 15 days of receiving your order. E-mail mail@dance4me.com.au
Exchanges may be arranged for goods of the same $AUD value.
All returns or exchanges must be for goods that are unused, in perfect condition with packaging still intact.
Shipping/delivery costs will not be refunded.
In case of an incorrect item dispatch, the shipment cost for resending the replacement item will be free.
Any damaged or incomplete deliveries must be reported to us within 48 hours of you receiving the goods. Please save the packaging and send us as much evidence as you can (eg photos, descriptions etc).
DVDs cannot be returned to us for a refund or exchange. However defective copies will be replaced.
All goods are Quality checked before shipping. In the unlikely event of a product defect, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
Please ensure you calculate the size of your ceiling correctly as additional orders of extensions will incur a delivery charge.
